This option
is valid till the end of Module I and applies for all of the Clinical
Research
Training Center programs. No other provider offers such a guarantee.
You have one month from the receipt of the first chapter to present your request and you must have finished the first five chapters and made your homework tasks and tests in order to be able to evaluate their content. After this period no refund is available. As the first module presents about 20% of the course content, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
You can request a refund also before receiving the second chapter if for personal reasons you decide not to follow the program. In this case 35% processing charges will be applied.
Requests can be presented within one month from receipt of the first chapter. No refund is granted after this period.
