Job Placement Assistance Program
The
Job Placement
Assistance Program is an integral part of the CRA/CRC Certification
courses within our Program for Accelerated Access to clinical research
jobs for professionals with medical or biomedical
qualification and includes the following activities:
- instructions on the use of social media for efficient networking
- coaching on the job search methods for the clinical
trials field
- training on industry-specific abbreviations, terminology/jargon
- preparation of industry-adapted CV using professional slang
- initiation and tips on recruiters' pre-selection questionnaires
- recruiters job-specific questions & suggestions for
answers
- interview coaching and how to avoid common interview traps
- preparation for specific interviews and analysis of interviews
- distribution of your CV to recruiters and hiring companies
- job notification alerts for suitable openings in the field, etc.
In North America there are no
placement companies like in Europe.
Recruiters are on commission and won't promote necessarilly you.
Every candidate is making his own
job search and self marketing.
We send Reference letters to recruiters and employers on request, but we do not ask them to share with us their commissions and we don't charge any fees, which is a substantial incentive for them to hire our
graduates.
