Students
have Instructors, who
provide 7/7 email support to answer their questions the same evening or
latest within 24 hours, including all holidays and statutory non-working
days. This unique feature allows our students to use every free minute
in studying and getting supported during their studies.
This
support does not end with the termination of the training, but
continues
during their job search with preparation for interviews and their
analysis and active referencing to employers and it goes on even after
hiring, i.e. our graduates can
get free consultations from their
mentor on
complicated issuesduring the first
2 months after starting their first job.
After the 2 months
period consultations are still provided, but will be charged. This unique
service is meant to reduce the new hire stress and preserve their face
in the new job.
