CRTC was established to provide not only certification training for clinical research professionals, but also the required local practical experience, job opportunities and active job placement assistance to
local or foreign health and life science professionals, who consider
a career change.
The program was especially conceived for students, who are not familiar with these professions and have no contacts in this domain. It objective is to provide them with all the
necessary know-how and tools to allow them a faster access to the rewarding career of Clinical
Research Professional (CRA, CRC or any other profession in the clinical research field), which matches their level of qualification.
We are also the first
provider to offer to our graduates a possibility to work as CRA in our eCRO and acquire "hands-on" experience with the most advanced
technologies of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and remote Clinical Trial
Management Systems (CTMS)
Our goal is to provide students
with all the skills & abilities, necessary to meet the requirements of
the industry and be able to be 100 % functional from the first day of hiring. Getting acquainted with some complications,
arising in real life situations and how to handle them is a knowledge that makes
the difference between a new CRA and an experienced one.
Together
with the EDC Internship and the new Job insertion program this gives a substantial advantage to our graduates by
allowing them being highly competitive and finding quickly a job.
